Long before watching Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino I learned that one could fix nearly anything with a few basic tools: duct or electrical tape, wire, pliers, caulking, and WD 40. In addition, a correct Zen attitude is required.

My Facebook friend Stewart Rogers died yesterday in his sleep in Mahuhual Mexico. He was 58. I never met him and don’t know a whole lot about him though we shared similar political views.

It is not easy to establish a rapport with adolescents due to their inherent antiauthoritarian nature. This is especially true for males though the females present their own challenges tending towards mood lability and theatrics.
